By using Interroll’s Modular Conveyor Platform and the built-in logic, we can reduce the costs of automating your facility by eliminating expensive components such as PLCs, HMIs, and sensors. The transportation of the goods can be performed by conveyors instead of forklifts, carts, pallet jacks, or blank, all of which would utilize the human aspect more productively elsewhere. Processes such as box building and sealing, picking and packing, quality control, labeling, taping, and loading can be kept to a manual operation.
As efficiency and ROI increases the next phase can be imagined and evaluated before being implemented. This milestone can include barcode scanning, pick-to-light, auto-sealing, print and apply, and sortation.
AI Systems can also offer fully automated facility design to include AS/RS, Mini-load, and Pallet-load equipment. Robotic palletizing and stretch-wrapping systems coupled together with Interroll’s Modular Pallet Platform line of conveyance can handle up to #2,500lbs per pallet.
